Qualifications

• Experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, inside sales, outbound sales, lead generation, or customer service.
• Experience making outbound calls and communicating with prospective customers.
• Ability to qualify leads and schedule appointments consistently; ability to work toward daily and monthly targets.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers via outbound calls, email, social media, and other channels.
• Introduce company, products, or services to prospects in a professional way.
• Qualify leads by identifying needs, requirements, interest, and fit.
• Schedule qualified appointments, meetings, or demonstrations for the sales team.

• Handle basic questions and objections with a positive approach.
