Job summary

The Emily Program seeks an Applications Analyst to take Tier 3 ownership of assigned enterprise applications, coordinating incident/problem/change activities and cross-system readiness. The role includes governance, vendor liaison, and documentation of system usage.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in IT roles, experience with IT service management, and strong communication and analytical skills. Remote work is supported with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Candidate has 3+ years in IT application development/QA/business analysis or project management.
• Experience with IT service management practices (incident/problem/change/knowledge) and ticketing.
• Ability to create test plans, coordinate UAT, and document changes before production release.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Tier 3 application owner and escalation point.
• Be SME on system capabilities and document KB articles for support.
• Manage vendor relationships and track SLA expectations.
• Coordinate changes and enhancements with SDLC processes.
• Communicate outages, upgrades, and patching to end-users.
