Job summary

The Emily Program is seeking an Applications Analyst to own Tier 3 operational aspects of enterprise applications, coordinating upgrades, vendor SLAs, and cross-system readiness. The role involves administration, incident management, and knowledge base maintenance to support the organization’s recovery-focused care model.

Remote-friendly schedule M-F 8am-5pm CST; 90k–110k salary with final offer based on experience. Strong IT service, analysis, and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Four-year Computer Science, IT or relevant college degree or High School Diploma and 3+ years’ experience working in IT roles.
• Experience in IT service management or systems analysis is preferred.
• Experience with gatekeeping, change control, and vendor management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Tier 3 “application owner” and escalation point when IT cannot resolve issues.
• Be SME on system capabilities and coordinate cross-system impacts.
• Author and maintain knowledge base articles for IT support.
• Document and manage third-party relationships and vendor SLAs.
• Coordinate changes, enhancements, and budget approvals with stakeholders.
• Communicate outages, upgrades, and patching to end-users; ensure proper controls.
