Job summary

Accanto Health is seeking an Applications Analyst to own Tier 3 operational aspects of assigned enterprise applications, coordinating cross-system readiness and vendor relationships. The role emphasizes SME responsibilities, KB authoring, and problem resolution across a remotely powered environment.

The position requires strong IT service management experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently with data and logs.

Qualifications

• Four-year Computer Science, IT or relevant college degree or High School Diploma and 3+ years’ experience working in IT roles.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT application development, QA, business analysis or project management.
• Travel up to 10%.
• Primarily remote-based with extended computer use.
• Experience with IT service management tools and practices and maintaining clear tickets, runbooks, and KB articles.
• Ability to create test plans and coordinate UAT; familiarity with release/change processes and validating fixes/enhancements before production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Tier 3 “application owner” and escalation point if IT Support is unable to resolve user issues.
• Author/maintain KB articles used by IT Support to troubleshoot and diagnose application issues.
• Document and manage any 3rd-party relationships.
• Manage communication with end-users (notification of outages, upgrades, patching, etc.).
• Coordinate larger enhancements through vendor/SDLC processes and ensure budget approval.
