Job summary

The Emily Program seeks an Applications Analyst to own assigned enterprise applications end-to-end, including administration, incident/change management, and vendor coordination. You will serve as Tier 3 escalation and SME for system capabilities, while maintaining KBs and ensuring cross-system readiness.

The role is remote with standard hours and travel up to 10%. Requires a four-year IT-related degree or equivalent experience and strong IT service management skills to support recovery-focused

Qualifications

• Four-year Computer Science, IT or relevant college degree preferred.
• High School Diploma with 3+ years IT experience acceptable.
• Remote-based role with up to 10% travel.
• Strong ITSM experience and ability to document and test changes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Tier 3 application owner and escalation point for issues.
• Be SME on system capabilities and interfaces across platforms.
• Author and maintain knowledge-base articles for IT support.
• Document and manage third-party relationships and vendor workflows.
• Coordinate with business owners to capture requirements and budgets.
• Monitor KPIs and SLA compliance with vendors.
