Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in application support or systems analysis.
• Experience with security principles and data protection best practices.
• Familiarity with FDCPA, FCCPA/FCCCPA, and FCRA regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and resolve application, system, and communication issues for internal users and clients.
• Manage user accounts, system access, and security permissions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain business applications, interfaces, and data processing workflows.
• Analyze system performance and implement corrective solutions.
• Document processes, procedures, and system changes.
• Coordinate processing and delivery of client data files and system outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support development initiatives.
• Support implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of business information systems.
