You will work with cross-functional teams, manage access controls, monitor performance, and contribute to process improvements using FACS ARM software. Fully remote, with standard benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in application support or systems analysis.
• FACS platform experience including Enable, Report Writer, Event Tactics, Logic Blocks preferred.
• Security best practices and data protection knowledge.
• FDCPA, FCCPA/FCCCPA, FCRA familiarity preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for internal users and clients.
• Manage user accounts and security permissions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot business applications and data workflows.
• Analyze performance and implement fixes.
• Document processes and system changes.
• Coordinate client data delivery and reports.
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and improve processes.
