Job summary

BCA Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a Remote Application Systems Analyst to support and optimize critical business applications from a fully remote work environment. You will handle system access, data processing workflows, and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency while maintaining data protection standards.

The role requires experience with the FACS platform and related tools, strong analytical skills, and communication abilities to support clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience preferred in application support, systems analysis, information technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and resolve application, system, and communication issues for internal users and clients.
• Manage user accounts, system access, and security permissions to maintain data confidentiality and system integrity.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain business applications, interfaces, and data processing workflows.
• Analyze system performance, identify issues, and implement corrective solutions.
• Document business processes, technical procedures, system changes, and user instructions.
• Coordinate the timely processing and delivery of client data files and system-generated deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, improve processes, and support application development initiatives.
• Support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of business information systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor system access points and report potential security risks or compliance concerns.
• Assist with client onboarding, user training, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal departments, clients, vendors, and industry partners while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Manage competing priorities and ensure assignments are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Provide training and support to new team members as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
