Qualifications

• Must Have Technical/Functional Skills: Application maintenance, support, and enhancement of IT applications in Health Science / Translational Sciences (TS) and Development areas.
• Hands‑on application and database support, managed services oversight, technical solution assessment, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Act as a dedicated, hands‑on technical resource for supported applications, including administration, troubleshooting, configuration, upgrades, and production support.
• Coordinate application and database installation, configuration, patching, upgrade, deployment, and validation-support activities.
• Collaborate in Azure infrastructure environments, including Azure Portal coordination, server setup, storage, backup, and readiness activities.
• Provide technical support for scientific applications, with domain knowledge in protein analysis and bioinformatics tools.
• Coordinate with Enterprise Architecture to onboard new applications and ensure alignment with standards.
• Review requests for new or changed applications for technical fit, hosting, security, and operational readiness.
• Prepare solution summaries, architecture considerations, risks, dependencies, and next steps for the Technology Solution Board.
• Work with Infrastructure and Security to onboard approved apps and address vulnerabilities; prepare production environments.
• Provide user support including logging, triaging, responding to, and coordinating resolution of P1 tickets.
