Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking an Application Support Engineer for Clinical Applications to help maintain and troubleshoot critical applications used across the organization. You will act as a bridge between users, vendors, and engineering teams while prioritizing issues in a remote, on-call capacity.

Responsibilities include triaging incidents, configuring user access, and maintaining documentation to support stability and performance of clinical systems used by patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and 5+ years of experience in a healthcare-based help desk or support environment.
• Proficiency with healthcare software, terminologies, EMRs or EHRs.
• Strong analytical abilities, organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication, and exceptional customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop-like support for supported applications.
• Perform issue analysis, triage, and escalation to development/IT operations per incident protocols.
• Create and manage user accounts and access changes.
• Document issues and troubleshooting steps for knowledge base and audits.
