Job summary

The American Cancer Society is seeking an Application and Integration Support Engineer, IT, Support Center. This fully remote role supports enterprise applications across Windows and Linux environments and assists with mobile deployment.

On day one, onboarding will be on site. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex issues, contributing to release cycles, monitoring performance, building automation, and providing Tier 2/3 support with cross‑functional teams to ensure reliability of both

Qualifications

Associate degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
Relevant IT certifications preferred (e.g., Boomi, Linux+, Microsoft, AWS, ITIL).
3 years in IT support or application/system administration.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoots complex enterprise application issues by analyzing logs and error reports; documents technical resolutions.
Supports IT projects by assisting in the design, configuration, and rollout of enterprise applications and integration solutions.
Coordinates release cycles with cross‑functional teams and performs testing before/after deployment; supports mobile deployment as needed.
Monitors and optimizes application performance across Windows and Linux environments; performs patching and release validation.
Identifies inefficiencies and implements automation or tooling improvements; updates technical documentation.
Provides Tier 2/3 escalation support for enterprise apps; supports mobile-related incidents as needed.
