American Cancer Society, Inc. is looking for an Applications and Integration Support Engineer for a fully remote role. The position spans Windows and Linux enterprise apps with occasional mobile deployment work and requires on-site onboarding on Day 1.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, assist with releases, automate workflows with PowerShell, Bash and Python, manage deployments, monitor health, and collaborate with IT teams to ensure availability across environments.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 years in IT support or application/system administration.
• Relevant IT certifications preferred (e.g., Boomi, Linux+, Microsoft, AWS, ITIL).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots complex enterprise app issues across Windows and Linux.
• Supports release cycles and mobile deployment activities.
• Designs and maintains automation scripts and workflows.
• Monitors performance, applies patches, and validates deployments.
• Collaborates with Service Desk, Network Operations, and Infrastructure teams for escalations.
