Job summary

ABB is seeking an Application Engineering Manager for Electrification Services in the United States. You will lead the US AE organization in support of Commercial Operations and Sales, delivering high-quality statements of work and job cost estimates while growing a capable engineering team.

You will collaborate with Proposal Management, Operations, and other ABB engineering teams to standardize solutions, improve proposal cycle times, and enhance customer satisfaction. This is a remote position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required and 12+ years relevant work experience.
• Electrical Engineering degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel 25% within the US.
• Experience in application engineering or field engineering in power delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Application Engineering team.
• Provide technical leadership across ELSE portfolio and customer engagements.
• Drive proposal excellence with high-quality SOWs and JCEs.
