• Strong working knowledge of REST APIs and system integration.
• Experience across application, infrastructure, and network layers.
• Security and access controls knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment activities for Remote Application Product deployments.
• Coordinate with IT, security, and tool-management teams for readiness and deployment dependencies.
• Support VM setup, VPN tunneling, authentication and authorization, and approvals.
• Troubleshoot issues across application, infrastructure, and network layers.
• Assist with firewall policies, DMZ, certificates, and secure access controls.
• Enable enterprise integration like LDAP, Active Directory, Kerberos, SSO, and certificate workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams on installations, troubleshooting, upgrades, and documentation.
• Support global deployments across regions and time zones.
• Improve deployment readiness with better docs and onboarding workflows.
