Job summary

KLA in Milpitas, CA, is seeking a Software Applications Engineer who supports Frontline software across the Americas and Europe. The role blends customer support, training, and technical project management, with about 50% support, 25% training, 25% PM.

You will travel domestically and internationally to implement deployments and gather feedback, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with related work experience.
• Experience in customer support, software implementation, training, and technical PM.
• Knowledge of PCB manufacturing workflows is desirable.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and customer support for Frontline software.
• Deliver training and implementation support for new customers and deployments.
• Support sales with technical discussions and product demos.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback for improvements.
• Travel domestically and internationally to support engagements.
