Job summary

KLA is seeking a process engineer to deliver, demonstrate, and implement semiconductor process solutions for customers, primarily at remote US sites. The role includes on-site installation, process transfers, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure proper tool and software setup.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s in science or engineering with related work.
• 3+ years in semiconductor process engineering or related field.
• Experience with clean room procedures and analytical instrumentation is preferred.
• Experience delivering reports and presentations using Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Lean/6-Sigma concepts and AI tools (CoPilot) is a plus.
• Experience handling customer relationships and challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, demonstrate, and implement semiconductor process solutions at customer sites.
• Install process transfers on both new and used systems with verified specs.
• Improve procedures and processes to meet high-quality equipment delivery.
• Attend on-site installation and update meetings; provide remote support as needed.
• Collaborate with internal hardware and factory teams for setup and issue reporting.
• Support sales on new applications and future tool opportunities.
• Prepare executive reviews and detailed project summaries.
• Mentor team members and travel up to 50% as required.
