Job summary

KLA is seeking a remote systems engineer to join the Surfscan-ADE team. You will work with service teams and customers to identify improvements, define requirements, and release new features that increase customer value.

The role requires 5+ years of experience in engineering, strong communication, and hands-on hardware skills. Up to 80% travel worldwide may be necessary to support releases and customer issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 5+ years of related experience.
• Preferred: semiconductor processing or equipment industry experience.
• Excellent communication, organization and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with service teams and customers to identify improvements.
• Develop and release new options, features or enhancements.
• Understand customer use cases and define requirements with other groups.
• Release and support product enhancements effectively.
• Train service and manufacturing employees on new features.
• Travel to customer sites (Fly and Fix) as needed to resolve issues.
