Job summary

Atlas Technologies, Inc. is seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst to join our IT team and drive design and implementation of automation that bridges Appian low-code and PeopleSoft ERP.

You’ll analyze business needs, map processes, and translate requirements into functional specs for the development team interacting with PeopleSoft data and workflows within Appian. This remote role welcomes applicants nationwide, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Appian expertise with 5+ years (24.x+).
• DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain.
• Strong BPMN and process-improvement knowledge.
• Experience in Appian or BPM/low-code projects.
• Clear, detailed requirements docs and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Model business processes with BPMN; document workflows.
• Identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Translate requirements to functional specs, user stories, acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Appian Architects/Developers on workflows and data models.
• Support Agile delivery with backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Create test cases; assist in system testing and UAT.
• Ensure solutions meet expectations and standards.
• Align processes with PeopleSoft modules and Appian workflows.
• Run workshops to clarify functional/technical requirements.
• Produce process maps, stories, specs, and guides.
