Job summary

Atlas Technologies, Inc. seeks a skilled Business Process Analyst to design and implement complex automation bridging Appian low-code with PeopleSoft ERP. You will analyze business needs, map processes, and translate requirements into functional specs guiding the development team for in-app PeopleSoft interactions.

Remote position available to multiple states with up to 10% travel. Travel and collaboration with Appian Architects and Developers are expected, with emphasis on security and quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Appian experience (v24.x+).
• DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain.
• Strong BPMN and process-improvement knowledge.
• Experience with Appian or other BPM/low-code projects.
• Ability to write clear, detailed requirements documents and user stories.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Appian Certified Analyst certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Analyze and document business processes using BPMN standards.
• Identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities using Appian capabilities.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Appian architects and developers on workflows, data models, and UIs.
• Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Assist in creating test cases and support UAT.
• Ensure solutions meet business expectations and standards.
• Align processes with PeopleSoft modules and Appian workflows.
• Lead workshops to clarify functional and technical requirements.
