Job summary
Atlas Technologies, Inc. is seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst to join our IT team and contribute to design and implementation of complex process automation solutions bridging Appian and PeopleSoft ERP.
You will analyze business needs, map processes, and translate requirements into functional specifications guiding development teams for Appian interfaces. Fully remote position available to US residents, with travel up to 10%.
Qualifications
- Appian expert with 5+ years of hands-on experience.
- Active DoD Secret level clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Strong BPMN process-modeling and process-improvement skills.
- Experience integrating Appian with ERP systems like PeopleSoft.
- Excellent written and oral communication for detailed requirements.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and document user stories.
- Map current and target processes using BPMN.
- Define functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Appian developers on workflows and interfaces.
- Coordinate testing, UAT, and sign-off processes.
- Ensure solutions align with PeopleSoft modules and Appian workflow.
- Lead workshops to validate functional and technical needs.
- Maintain governance in documentation repositories.
