Job summary

Atlas Technologies is seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst to design and implement complex process automation that bridges Appian with PeopleSoft ERP. You will analyze business needs, map processes, and translate requirements into functional specs guiding the development team to enable Appian interfaces with PeopleSoft data and workflows.

The role supports a fully remote work arrangement for selected U.S.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Appian experience (v24+).
US Citizenship required.
DoD Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.
Strong BPMN and process-improvement knowledge.
Experience with Appian or other BPM/low-code projects.
Ability to write clear requirements documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Agile/Scrum experience.
Excellent communication with stakeholders.
Appian Certified Analyst certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders and SMEs.
Analyze and document business processes using BPMN standards.
Identify process inefficiencies and automation opportunities using Appian features.
Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Appian Architects and Developers to design workflows, data models, and UIs.
Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement and sprint planning.
Assist in creating test cases and support UAT.
Ensure solutions meet business needs and standards.
Align processes with PeopleSoft modules and Appian workflows.
Run workshops to clarify functional and technical requirements.
