Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking a seasoned Business Sales & Delivery Leader in the Application Operations domain. You will support both sales and delivery of services to clients, articulating solutions and driving revenue through successful engagements.

This role can be performed from anywhere in the United States and requires a Bachelor's Degree. You will lead client relationships, manage billable activities, contribute to sector events, and drive design and development of services, accelerators, and

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of large, complex applications operations engagements and the ability to articulate solutions effectively.
• Proven experience in supporting both sales and delivery of services to clients with focus on identifying opportunities.
• Experience in designing and integrating services, accelerators, and outcomes across Practices in the Application Operations Service Line.
• Strategic mindset with focus on delivering financial success and generating services revenue.
• Experience leading billable client activities and ensuring successful delivery of services.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong client relationships to identify new business opportunities and contribute to development and sales of solutions.
• Lead billable client activities, ensuring successful delivery and financial success in engagements directly managed.
• Participate in sector events to stay updated on trends and network with potential clients and partners.
• Drive solution design and development by leveraging one or more Practices within the Application Operations Service Line.
• Generate services revenue through effective solution sales and delivery.
