The API Technology Architect role focuses on hands‑on API architecture, integration, and enablement within the SWAT team to automate service ordering and integration with customer systems.

You will lead API discovery, guide integration designs, and translate business requirements into secure, reusable API solutions, while collaborating across product lines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, API or integration architecture, software or platform consulting, network automation, or telecommunications engineering.
• Experience leading technical discovery and translating customer requirements into clear designs.
• Knowledge of API authentication concepts including OAuth 2.0 and secure handling of secrets.

Responsibilities

• Lead API architecture and customer integration discovery with customers and account teams.
• Architect and document customer integration patterns, including API dependencies and authentication flows.
• Collaborate with cross-portfolio teams to align API and automation strategy across products.
• Deliver API enablement resources and conduct training for Technical Sellers and internal teams.
