Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group seeks an IT Solutions Analyst II for a remote role across the United States. You will deliver enterprise API support for sales, service, and claims, onboarding partners to the API ecosystem, and ensuring seamless integrations.

You will work with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, developers and QA to translate business needs into technical requirements and drive projects to completion while maintaining documentation and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level education or equivalent experience with CS/IS background.
• 3-5 years documenting systems or writing technical specs.
• Ability to translate business needs into non-functional requirements.
• Solid grasp of development, QA and integration practices.
• Ability to map transactions across complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, developers and QA to gather and translate requirements.
• Coordinate with PMs to meet timelines and milestones.
• Create and maintain SOPs to standardize processes.
• Identify interdependencies across domains for seamless integration.
• Lead projects to on-time completion and favorable outcomes.
• Create API mapping sheets and API specs.
• Foster strong relationships with AI Council, ARC, and others.

Education

Bachelor's degree in related area (Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field) or an equivalent combination of education and experience

3 -5 years System documentation experience and/or technical writing

Ability to translate business requirements into non-functional requirements

Understanding of development, QA and integration methodologies

Document how systems and processes interact
