Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring an API IT Solutions Analyst II for a remote role across the United States. The position focuses on delivering enterprise APIs for sales, service, and claims channels, onboarding partners to our API ecosystem, and ensuring seamless integration experiences.

You will work with architects, developers, and business partners to translate needs into technical requirements, create comprehensive documentation, and support testing and training activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
3-5 years of system documentation and/or technical writing experience.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs.
Understanding of development, QA and integration methodologies.
Ability to trace transactions through complex systems.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, Developers and QA to gather and translate requirements into technical specifications.
Create, maintain and update documentation including BRD, design documents and user stories.
Assist with UAT and training materials for system changes.
Analyze data and contribute to reports and dashboards to track project progress.
