Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an API IT Solutions Analyst II to support enterprise APIs powering applications across sales, service, and claims. The role emphasizes onboarding partners to our API ecosystem, troubleshooting, and delivering seamless integration experiences.

You will collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, Architects and Developers to translate business needs into robust technical specifications, maintain documentation, and support testing and training efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related area (CS, IS, or equivalent)
3-5 years of system documentation experience
Ability to translate business requirements into non-functional requirements
Solid understanding of development, QA and integration methodologies
Ability to trace transactions through a complex system and document interactions

Responsibilities

Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, Developers, QA and other IT partners to gather and translate needs into technical requirements
Coordinate with project managers to meet timelines and milestones
Develop and maintain SOPs for consistency and efficiency
Create, review and update API mappings, specs and related documentation
Maintain strong relationships with domain partners (AI Council, ARC, etc.) to support alignment
Assist with UAT and training for new or enhanced systems
Extract, analyze, and report data to support decisions and track progress
