Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group seeks an API IT Solutions Analyst II to power enterprise APIs across sales, service, and claims. The role emphasizes onboarding partners to the API ecosystem, troubleshooting integrations, and ensuring smooth end-to-end experiences.

You will collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, architects and developers to translate business needs into technical specifications and maintain clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of system documentation experience and/or technical writing.
• Ability to translate business requirements into non-functional requirements.
• Solid understanding of development, QA and integration methodologies.
• Ability to trace transactions through a complex system and document interactions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM and IT partners to gather and translate needs into technical requirements.
• Coordinate project timelines and milestones with project managers.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for consistent processes across domains.
• Create API mappings, specs and ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
• Provide SME input and review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Support testing activities including UAT and user training materials creation.
• Analyze data to support decisions and develop reports/dashboards.
