Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group seeks an API IT Solutions Analyst II to deliver enterprise APIs powering sales, service, and claims across digital and agency channels. You will onboard partners to our API ecosystem, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration experiences.

The role emphasizes collaboration with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PMs, and developers to translate business needs into technical requirements, maintain SOPs, and drive timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area (Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field) or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years System documentation experience and/or technical writing
• Ability to create non-functional requirements and translate business requirements into non-functional requirements
• Solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies
• Ability to trace given transactions through a sophisticated system and document how systems and overlapping processes interact

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC and BSA to understand needs and translate into technical requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet timelines.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for consistency and efficiency in processes.
• Identify interdependencies across multiple domains for alignment and seamless integration.
• Lead delivery of projects and initiatives within set timelines.
• Author API mapping sheets and API specs.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with domains and partners like AI Council and ARC.
• Collaborate with Architects and Developers to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
