Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an API IT Solutions Analyst II to drive API programs across sales, service and claims. You will onboard partners to the API ecosystem, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure seamless experiences.

You will collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PMs, developers and QA to translate business needs into technical requirements, coordinate timelines, and drive timely delivery. This role emphasizes SOP development, documentation, and data analysis in a remote-first, US-wide

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area (Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 -5 years System documentation experience and/or technical writing
• Ability to create non-functional requirements and translate business requirements into non-functional requirements
• Solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies
• Ability to trace given transactions through a sophisticated system and document how systems and overlapping processes interact

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA and PM, Developers and QA and other IT partners as needed.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and document them clearly.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet timelines and milestones.
• Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure consistency and efficiency in processes.
• Identify interdependencies across domains and ensure alignment of efforts.
• Lead and accelerate delivery of projects within set timelines.
• Author API mapping sheets and API specs.
• Foster relationships with AI Council, ARC and other partners to support the role.
• Collaborate with Architects and Solution Designers to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Assist with UAT and training activities.
• Perform data analysis and contribute to reports/dashboards for project metrics.
