CSAA Insurance Group seeks an API IT Solutions Analyst II to deliver enterprise APIs powering sales, service, and claims across digital and agency channels. You will onboard partners, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration.

Responsibilities include translating business needs into technical requirements, creating SOPs, documenting API mappings, and collaborating with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, architects and developers to align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years system documentation experience and/or technical writing.
• Ability to create non-functional requirements and translate business requirements into non-functional requirements.
• Solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies.
• Ability to trace given transactions through a sophisticated system and document how systems and overlapping processes interact.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA and PM to capture and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet timelines and milestones.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for consistent processes.
• Create and maintain technical specifications and documentation including data flow and system mappings.
• Assist with UAT and with development and delivery of training materials.
