Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) seeks an API IT Solutions Analyst II to design, document and support enterprise APIs powering sales, service and claims across digital and agency channels. You will onboard partners, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure accurate translation of business needs into technical solutions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with BRM/BRMC, BSA and PMs, plus the creation of SOPs, specs and mappings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of system documentation or technical writing experience.
• Ability to translate business requirements into nonfunctional requirements and technical specs.
• Solid understanding of development, QA and integration methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, developers and QA to capture and translate needs into technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure consistent processes and traceability.
• Create API mappings, specifications and data-flow diagrams.
• Document systems mappings, database queries and design details for stakeholders.
• Support testing, training and user adoption with clear documentation and materials.
