Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IS or related field.
• 3-5 years of system documentation or technical writing experience.
• Ability to translate business requirements into non-functional requirements.
• Understanding of development, QA and integration methodologies.
• Ability to trace transactions through complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, Developers and QA to collect and translate needs into technical requirements.
• Coordinate project timelines and milestones with project managers.
• Create and maintain SOPs for processes and interdependencies.
• Author API mapping sheets and API specs; maintain documentation.
• Produce and maintain technical specifications and dataflow mappings.
• Assist with UAT and training materials.
• Perform data analysis and develop dashboards to support decisions.
