Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring an IT Solutions Analyst II - Remote to deliver enterprise APIs powering applications across sales, service, and claims. You will onboard partners to our API ecosystem, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration experiences.

You will create and maintain documentation, translate business requirements into technical specs, and support testing and training activities. This role supports a remote-first culture across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area (Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years System documentation experience and/or technical writing.
• Ability to create non-functional requirements and translate business requirements into non-functional requirements.
• Solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies.
• Ability to trace given transactions through a sophisticated system and document how systems and overlapping processes interact.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA and PM to understand needs and translate into technical requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure project timelines and milestones are met.
• Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure consistency and efficiency in processes.
• Identify interdependencies across domains for seamless integration.
• Lead and accelerate delivery of projects within set timelines.
• Author API mapping sheets and API specs.
• Maintain strong collaboration with domains and partners to foster a cohesive work environment.
• Collaborate with Architects/Developers to align solutions with business objectives.
