Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is actively hiring an IT Solutions Analyst II (Remote) to deliver enterprise APIs that power critical applications across sales, service, and claims. You will onboard partners to our API ecosystem, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth integration with internal and external stakeholders.

The role emphasizes translating business needs into technical requirements, documenting SOPs, and providing data-driven insights for project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of system documentation and technical writing experience.
• Ability to translate business requirements into non-functional requirements.
• Solid understanding of development, QA, and integration methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, Developers, QA and IT partners to gather and translate needs into technical requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet timelines and milestones.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for consistency and efficiency.
• Lead cross-domain collaboration to ensure seamless integration.
• Produce API mappings, specs, and related technical documentation.
• Support testing and training, including UAT and user training materials.
• Analyze data and contribute to reports/dashboards to track progress.
