Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring an API IT Solutions Analyst II (Remote) to deliver enterprise APIs powering applications across sales, service, and claims. You will onboard partners to our API ecosystem, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure seamless experiences.

You will collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM and IT teams to translate business needs into technical requirements, author API specs, and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years system documentation experience and/or technical writing.
• Ability to create non-functional requirements and translate business requirements into non-functional requirements.
• Solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies.
• Ability to trace given transactions through a sophisticated system and document how systems and processes interact.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA and PM to gather and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timelines and milestones.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for consistent processes.
• Lead and accelerate project delivery within set timelines.
• Create API mappings, API specs and documentation.
• Maintain strong relationships with key partners to support alignment across domains.
