Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring an IT Solutions Analyst II - Remote to drive API-based solutions across sales, service and claims. You will onboard partners to our API ecosystem, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration with internal and external systems.

Responsibilities include translating business requirements into technical specs, documenting SOPs, and partnering with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, developers and QA to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent
3-5 years system documentation experience and/or technical writing
Ability to translate business requirements into non-functional requirements
Understanding of development, QA and integration methodologies

Responsibilities

Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, Developers and QA to gather requirements
Translate business needs into technical requirements and SOPs
Coordinate with project managers to meet timelines and milestones
Create and maintain documentation: technical requirements, design, user stories and acceptance criteria
Develop data mappings, data flows and system mappings with architects and designers
Support testing and training efforts with UAT and training materials
