Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring an API IT Solutions Analyst II for a remote role. You will deliver enterprise APIs, onboard partners to our API ecosystem, troubleshoot, and ensure seamless integration across sales, service, and claims channels.

Responsibilities include collaborating with BRMs, BSA, PMs, and QA, translating business requirements into technical specs, and creating comprehensive design and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field.
• 3-5 years System documentation experience and/or technical writing.
• Ability to create non-functional requirements and translate business requirements into non-functional requirements.
• Solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies.
• Ability to trace given transactions through a sophisticated system and document how systems and overlapping processes interact.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, Developers and QA to translate needs into technical requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timelines and milestones are met.
• Develops and maintains SOPs to ensure consistency and efficiency in processes.
• Identifies interdependencies across domains to ensure seamless integration.
• Leads and accelerates delivery of projects within set timelines.
• Create API mapping sheets and API specs; maintain documentation.
• Cultivates relationships with domains and partners to foster a cohesive work environment.
• Collaborate with Architects, Developers to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Serve as SME for business partners and review documentation for accuracy.
