Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring an IT Solutions Analyst II for a remote role across the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). You will deliver enterprise API solutions, onboard partners to the API ecosystem, and collaborate with BRM, BSA, PM, and developers to translate business needs into technical requirements.

You will create documentation, SOPs, API mappings, and support testing and training, while driving project delivery and data-driven insights across sales, service, and claims

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of system documentation experience and/or technical writing.
• Ability to translate business requirements into non-functional requirements.
• Solid understanding of development, QA and integration methodologies.
• Ability to trace transactions through a sophisticated system and document interactions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, Developers and QA to gather requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet timelines.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for consistent processes.
• Create API mapping sheets, API specs.
• Build partnerships with Architecture, ARC and other teams to align efforts.
• Document technical specifications, data flows and mappings.
• Support UAT and training materials and sessions.
• Analyze data and contribute to reports and dashboards.
