CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring an IT Solutions Analyst II - Remote. You will deliver enterprise APIs, onboard partners to our API ecosystem, and coordinate with BRMs, BSA, PMs, Developers and QA to ensure seamless integration and timely delivery.

Role emphasizes translating business needs into technical specs, documenting SOPs, and providing SME support across applications and platforms. Remote work across the U.S. with some travel possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for IT solutions.
• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, Developers and QA.
• Assist with UAT and training materials.
• Analyze data and prepare reports.
