CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an API IT Solutions Analyst II for a remote role available nationwide in the United States with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska. You will partner with BRM/BRMC, BSA and PM to gather requirements, translate them into technical specs, and drive projects to completion.

You will create technical documentation, SOPs, API mappings and data-flow diagrams, while supporting testing and user training.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years system documentation experience and/or technical writing.
• Ability to create non-functional requirements and translate business requirements into non-functional requirements.
• Solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies.
• Ability to trace given transactions through a sophisticated system and document how systems and overlapping processes interact.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, Developers and QA to gather and translate needs into technical requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet timelines and milestones.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for consistency and efficiency.
• Lead interdependencies across domains and drive projects to completion.
• Author API mapping sheets and API specs.
• Build and maintain clear documentation including system mappings and data flows.
• Assist with testing and training activities and ensure traceability.
• Analyze data and contribute to reports and dashboards to track progress.
