Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an API IT Solutions Analyst II for a remote role impacting multiple home telework locations across the United States. The role focuses on translating business needs into technical requirements, coordinating with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, developers, and QA to deliver robust API solutions.

Responsibilities include crafting SOPs, managing interdependencies, leading project delivery, and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation and mappings.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA and PM, Developers and QA and other IT partners as needed.
• Understand needs, collect business requirements, and translate into technical requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet timelines and milestones.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive SOPs for consistency and efficiency.
• Identify and coordinate interdependencies across multiple domains for alignment.
• Lead and accelerate delivery of projects and initiatives to successful completion.
• Author API mapping sheets and API specifications.
• Foster strong relationships with AI Council, Architecture Review Committee (ARC) and other domains.
• Collaborate with Architects, Developers and others to align technical solutions with business objectives.

• Create, maintain, and update documentation including technical requirements, design, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Assist with UAT sessions and development of training materials for new or enhanced systems.
