Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of system documentation and technical writing experience.
• Ability to translate business requirements into non-functional requirements.
• Understanding of development, QA and integration methodologies.
• Experience tracing transactions through complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, developers and QA to gather and translate requirements into technical specs.
• Coordinate project timelines and milestones with project managers.
• Create and maintain SOPs for consistent processes and traceability.
• Develop API mappings, specs and data flow documentation.
• Maintain clear documentation of systems mappings, data flows and queries.
• Support UAT and end-user training with accurate materials.
• Analyze data to inform decisions and track project performance.
