Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an API IT Solutions Analyst II to work remotely in the United States. The role focuses on delivering enterprise APIs, onboarding partners to our API ecosystem, and ensuring seamless integration across sales, service, and claims channels.

You will collaborate with BRM, BSA, PM, Architects, Developers and QA to translate business needs into technical requirements, create documentation, and support testing and training activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or equivalent
• 3–5 years of system documentation experience
• Ability to translate business requirements into non-functional requirements
• Solid understanding of development, QA and integration methodologies
• Ability to trace transactions through a complex system

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, Developers and QA to gather and translate needs into technical requirements
• Coordinate with project managers to meet timelines
• Develop and maintain SOPs for consistent processes
• Create and maintain technical specifications and documentation
• Assist with UAT and training materials
• Analyze data and contribute to reports and dashboards
