Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an IT Solutions Analyst II for a remote role across the United States. The role focuses on delivering enterprise APIs that power critical applications for sales, service, and claims, partnering with BRMs, BSA, PMs, and developers.

You will translate business needs into technical requirements, create documentation, perform data analysis, and support testing/training. The position emphasizes strong collaboration and a remote-first culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area (Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field) or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years System documentation experience and/or technical writing.
• Ability to create non-functional requirements and translate business requirements into non-functional requirements.
• Solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies.
• Ability to trace given transactions through a sophisticated system and document how systems and overlapping processes interact.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC and BSA to understand needs and translate into technical requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet timelines and milestones.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for consistency and efficiency.
• Identify interdependencies across domains for seamless integration.
• Lead and accelerate delivery of projects within set timelines.
• Author API mappings and API specs.
• Build strong relationships with AI Council, ARC, and other partners.
• Collaborate with Architects and Developers to align solutions with business objectives.
• Provide SME support for applications and platforms.
