Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group in the United States is seeking an API IT Solutions Analyst II - Remote to design and deliver enterprise APIs powering sales, service, and claims. You will collaborate with BRM/BSA, PMs, developers and QA to gather requirements and translate to technical specs.

This role emphasizes documentation, testing support, data analysis, and cross-functional partnership. Remote-first position with nationwide eligibility, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of system documentation experience or technical writing.
• Ability to translate business requirements into non-functional requirements.
• Knowledge of development, QA, and integration methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, developers and QA to gather needs and translate into technical requirements.
• Coordinate with PMs to ensure timelines and milestones are met.
• Create and maintain SOPs to ensure consistent processes.
• Develop and maintain API mappings, specs, and documentation.
