Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking an API IT Solutions Analyst II to remotely support enterprise APIs powering sales, service, and claims. You will onboard external partners, troubleshoot integrations, and align API efforts with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area (Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field) or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years System documentation experience and/or technical writing
• Ability to create non-functional requirements and translate business requirements into non-functional requirements
• Solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies
• Ability to trace given transactions through a sophisticated system and document how systems and overlapping processes interact

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA and PM to understand needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure project timelines and milestones are met
• Develops and maintains comprehensive SOPs to ensure consistency and efficiency in processes
• Identifies and coordinates interdependencies across multiple domains, ensuring seamless integration and alignment of efforts
• Leads and accelerates the delivery of projects and initiatives, driving them to successful completion within set timelines
• Author API mapping sheets, API specs
• Cultivates and sustains strong, collaborative relationships with various domains and key contributing partners
• Collaborate with Architects, Developers and others to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise to business partners on applications and platforms
• Review and provide feedback on documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Regularly update BRM/BRMC, BSA and PM on status of issues and risks
• Create, maintain and update documentation including technical requirements, design, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with Architects and Solution Designers and own the creation of technical specifications and documentation
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and development of training materials
• Perform data analysis and contribute to reports and dashboards
