Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) seeks an API IT Solutions Analyst II- Remote to design and deliver enterprise APIs powering sales, service, and claims systems. You will onboard partners and troubleshoot integrations across channels.

You will collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, developers and QA, document requirements, create SOPs, and support testing and training. A Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of documentation experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent
• 3–5 years system documentation experience or technical writing
• Ability to translate business requirements into non‑functional requirements
• Understanding of development, QA and integration methodologies
• Ability to trace transactions through a complex system and document interactions

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC and BSA to understand needs and translate to technical requirements
• Coordinate with PMs to ensure timelines
• Develop and maintain SOPs for consistency and efficiency
• Lead delivery of projects to completion within set timelines
• Create and maintain technical specifications and documentation
