CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring an IT Solutions Analyst II for remote work across the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. You will deliver enterprise APIs, onboard partners, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integrations across sales, service, and claims channels.

You will collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, Architects and Developers to translate business needs into technical specifications, create documentation, and support testing and training efforts in a remote-first,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area (Computer Science, Information Systems or related field) or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years system documentation experience and/or technical writing.
• Ability to create non-functional requirements from business needs.
• Solid understanding of development, QA and integration methodologies.
• Ability to trace transactions through a complex system and document interactions.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, Developers and QA to collect and translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet timelines and milestones; develop and maintain SOPs.
• Author API mapping sheets and API specs; ensure alignment across domains and partners.
• Create, maintain, and update technical documentation including data flow and systems mapping.
• Assist with testing, training, data analysis, and reporting to support project outcomes.
