Zusammenfassung

Kforce is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for a 3-month, 100% remote consulting engagement. The role requires handling daily AP tasks, vendor onboarding, invoice coding and approvals, and expense reimbursements. Flexible 2-3 days per week, standard business hours.

Experience with Sage Intacct, Bill.com, and Expensify is required. Prior AP processing and GL coding experience preferred; accounting degree is a plus. Immediate availability is strongly preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on Sage Intacct experience required.
• Hands-on BILL/Bill.com experience required.
• Hands-on Expensify experience required.
• Accounts payable processing experience required.
• Experience with invoice and GL coding, vendor onboarding, payments, expense reports, and reconciliations.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day AP activities, including monitoring the AP inbox and vendor inquiries.
• Onboard vendors and collect W-9s.
• Enter, code, and route invoices for approval.
• Process approved bills for payment.
• Process corporate card transactions and employee expense reports.
• Reconcile corporate card statements to the GL.
• Follow established AP approval processes and controls.
