Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking an A/P Specialist to join our accounting and finance team in a remote-first role with national reach. You will manage the full-cycle AP function, enter invoices in Sage Intacct with accurate GL coding, and reconcile AP-related accounts as part of month-end close.

The role requires 3–5 years of AP experience, strong AP knowledge, and advanced Excel skills. You will support procurement tooling, policy compliance, and audit requests while contributing to a collaborative

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable principles and general accounting practices.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)

Responsibilities

• Reconcile AP-related general ledger accounts and assist with month-end close activities.
• Review and process employee expense reports and corporate credit card transactions.
• Serve as the point person for our procurement tool, including user support and approval workflow maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Assist with audit requests and provide AP documentation as needed.
